Happy Winter Solstice!

In Chinese medicine the energy is at its most yin state allowing us to contemplate and rest as we prepare for the rising of the beginning of spring and awakening of the yang energy. It is so important for our physical, mental and emotional health to take this time and allow for this state.

Remember that it may seem dark but light is within the darkness.
For those that struggle know that it will be light again soon.

Happy Winter Solstice! May you find deep peace in the winter and abundant blessings as the darkness turns to light.
