Our story:
During the fall-winter of 2019 several rabbits appeared onto our home property, and as you would assume, come springtime they all began to interbreed. We had not known where they had come from, only that something needed to be done. My partner and I are both vegan, and thereby do not believe in killing animals, so we decided to find a way to keep them alive, but to stop the breeding fr
om happening. So, sometime in April 2020 we had built two 10 x 15 enclosures on our land to encage all of them and divide them all up by s*x. We then reached out to Little Lives Animal Rescue, our local small animal rescue service for help, and fortunately they were able to fundraise enough money (through grants and small donations) for all the rabbits to be spayed and neutered. They are, however, currently at full-capacity with their own animals to worry about, as are all the other animal rescues in the nearby area. So we have decided to make this page to find our rabbits homes ourselves. If you would like to donate, that would be much appreciated. We are on limited income and have spent over $2,000 on food, equipment, and transportation costs already ( cash.app/$EllReed OR paypal.me/ellreed ). If you are looking to take care of 1 or more of our rabbits, and/or would like to come take a look at the rabbits on our home, you are more than welcome to contact us and schedule a visit. Please send us a message on this page and/or call/text our number (509) 302-9552 and you should hear a response from us within 48 hours. You may also send us an email at [email protected]. This is the first time we have done something like this, as the rabbits themselves were an unexpected circumstance, so we wholeheartedly appreciate your patience!
