Happy Sunday everyone ☀️

I need to address a few things, unfortunately, as I have had a lot of last minute cancellations and no-shows. I work a full time job during the week and groom on the weekends, on top of having 4 kids of my own and lots of animals. Please be mindful of my time. I am normally a very understanding person, but wasting my time on the weekends when I could be spending extra time with my kids has backed me into a corner.

First things first, I am a mobile groomer, but I do NOT have a mobile unit. I groom inside your home. It is stated on the page that I groom in your home, but I have now added it to my consent form as well.

Cancellations without at least a 24 hour notice will have to pay a cancellation fee. This fee does not go towards your next groom. With that being said, if I drive to your home and the appointment gets cancelled because I do not have a mobile unit, there will be a cancellation fee to be collected. This fee will cover my gas expenses of driving to your location.

All in all, please be considerate of my time. I have added the cancellation fee to the consent form as well. I am hoping that these changes clear any confusion up.

I appreciate all of my clients and have enjoyed grooming all of your pets thus far. I am hoping by making these few small changes, it will keep me from having to require a deposit in order to book.
