To our valued Clients:

For the past 2 years our vendors have continued to increase pricing due to the implications of rising costs and ongoing global supply chain challenges. Not only have prices increased but there are now higher shipping costs and delivery fees. Items we were once able to get next day are taking longer to arrive and costing more to get here. We know that times are challenging, and we had hoped that things would improve over time, so we tried to absorb the increase in these costs. However, with prices continuing to rise and surcharges, shipping fees etc. it has become unsustainable for us to keep absorbing the increase. Over the next several weeks you may notice an increase in the price of certain items, most notably the prescription diets. These increases are necessary to allow us to continue to provide the type of quality care to your pets that you have come to know.
