Update on Miss Gemma!
She’s back in training 🙌🏼 since being pregnant and having 18 babies in 2 years, she’s been slightly de-socialized and has developed a fear/apprehension of other dogs and some people. So we are re-socializing her and she is doing amazing 👏 we have her working on behavioral adjustment (no jumping, being calm around triggers, no reacting) and she’s doing excellent. She def loves her trainer 🥰 She missed her doggy center I think!!! We are back to 2-4 mile walks 3-4 days a week. We’re hoping her heat will hold off so we can take her to the upcoming dog show. We’ll post updates for sure !

Gemma has always loved to jump up and tear branches that hang over the lawn. It's one of my favorite qualities! If she ever sees me doing yard work, she'll join right in. This is one of the "working attributes" these pitbulls have. She also pulls stumps and deep rooted plants out of the ground for me. She's a good girl.

The ADBA recognizes children in what's called the "Junior Handlers" show at their bai annual dog shows. Children are able to walk their pitbulls around the ring and show off their handling skills and their beautiful dogs. Yesterday, Juliana and I did some work walking Gemma in public.
These dogs are strong and tend to pull. We suggest you DO NOT allow these dogs to drag you around the pavement or give them any inclination that it's acceptable to pull when walking. After all, they're strong enough to pull cars - they should NEVER be given the okay to pull you around.

Gemma 💎
Ole family red with a bit of sorrel.
Had two amazing and healthy litters of 9 pups!
48 lbs- lean and all muscle!
Loves to pull stumps and large weeds out of the ground and tear down branches that hang over the yard.
Can jump about six feet and clear my shoulders.
Fast like a bullet
Loves chasing the hose
Thinks she is a six pound lap dog
Loves riding shotgun
Barks loud and proud but kisses and hugs like a lover 🥰
Teeth are shiny white, breath never smells, has never had any health ailments , physically active and athletic and no deformities .
Third place conformation winner at the ADBA dog show in 2022.
And we are conditioning her on a rigorous diet with extra excercise to get her ready for the show in September! Hopefully her heat does not interfere. Her bounce back after whelping her litter has been pretty magnificent. Nine weeks post partum and she looks amazing! So let's see what she does at the dog show 👏

Pupdate!!
Wendy- REMAMED Lyra, was the male breeders choice of the litter and she is SO SWEET! She gets to grow with Zuko- her dad!! Dad is slightly unknowing whether or not he likes not being the total center of attention, but he sure is warming up to the idea of having a playful ball of energy by his side 24/7. Looks like they're both enjoying snuggles and car rides, and if you ask me look VERY happy!

Opie (renamed KING) had his first experience LAKESIDE with his American bull dog sister. He's living like a true King, experiencing some awesome newfound memories and it's awesome watching him flourish. His parents say he is a really good boy - and we can tell!!!

It's JUICE! His family kept his name. 😍😍 He's living it up with a full house- grandparents, parents and kids around the age of five.. and another pitty named Olive. Yes that's right- there's an Olive + a Juice 🫒 🧃 🙌🏼 can you stand it???

Otto - renamed Kota- has it sooooooo TOUGH. Not 😅😅😅🤣 he's living his best life with human siblings and other doggy siblings! He very clearly loves lounging and the outdoors. And we LIVE for the photos and video updates!!!

This is Clay - renamed CYRUS! Man is he living large. And he's a lucky boy because he gets to live with his half sister from Gemma's first litter (from last December). He is a total ball of energy and has been sleeping in the big bed like a big boy! All his photos he looks happy as can be. We miss you 🥰

Pupdate!
Jax - renamed Loki- is loving his harness and leash and even more so loving his 5 human siblings and his other doggy sister. He protested the crate on day one and demanded snuggles and attention, and now he's napping and doing great through the night in his crate. He's doing phenom with potty training with minimal accidents. We're loving the pic updates over here!

I hope you'll read this lengthy message because I am emotional and want to share my thoughts..
Nine beautiful babies. Nine special families. One magnificent mama dog. 8 weeks and 2 days total.
Our mission of providing a piece of Gemma to others, has been successful, rewarding, incredible to witness.
Sleepless nights, bending over 1000 times a day, reinforcement, a million phone call interviews, a million messages, p**p storms, three loads of laundry daily, declining summer vacations and getaways, a hundred trips to tractor supply and pet stores for treats toys kibble goat milk and pads, 24/7 monitoring, puppy baths, training, catering to, providing for, caring for, LIVING FOR.. calls with the ADBA, paperwork, vet visit, administering dewormer, introducing allergen foods like peanut butter eggs various meats and fishes and more and it's all been 200% worth it! Watching my children fall in love with LIFE, watching these babies THRIVE, watching Gemma do her thing, naturally, biologically and with such simplicity and ease... seeing my 18 month old jump in their whelping area and just LOVE them, and watching them to learn to love in RETURN. Watching my six year old without QUESTION help switch pads, pick up p**p, help with swimming lessons, snuggle the pups and be gentle, loving , caring.. ugh it's so special!!
Don't be confused.. these are PITBULLS. They are bullheaded, they are sassy, they are STRONG, they are INTELLIGENT. But raised right, with the perfect mix of athletics, attention, excercise, diet, playtime, and LOVE- with the proper amount of training, socialization and obedience; and structure, and boundaries, these WILL be the best dogs on the PLANET.
I'll always go the extra mile. I'll always take that extra step. My heart is with these dogs . And I'm so grateful to have met the families I've met, to teach what I know and am learning, and with that I am SAD but in a good way sad because today marks the end of the SAMCRO chapter. Lyla goes home to New York this morning!!! Happy Saturday to all our followers and families, we certainly love you too!

We got to love you a little bit longer. We got extra snuggles, extra kisses, extra playtime, extra meal times, extra company! And for that we are GRATEFUL. Mila (aka Tara) officially went home with her new mommy and the second she picked her up, I swear she knew what was happening! Congrats to Sara and Mike and congrats Miss Mila may your journey begin!!

Looking for the perfect family for Lyla. One that's active and bonus if it's a fam with kids because she LOVES littles. Especially babies/toddlers, but very used to children aged 5-10. Double bonus if it's a family with another active dog. Crate training and potty training in progress and she is doing amazing. She turned 8 weeks old TODAY! Shots ✅ dewormer ✅ bill of health signed by vet ✅ registration ✅ birth certificate ✅ introductory training with: sit, come, off, swimming, click training, potty training and crate training. All is going smooth.

Miss Tara gets to go home to her family on Friday afternoon. So we are enjoying the last few days giving her all our lovins! She has p**ped outside all day today and only one little p*e accident near her puppy pad. Impressive little one! Her new name will be Mila.

Outdoor play with mama! These girls p*ed and p**ped outside, no puppy pads and they've been up and going for two hours now. They also went through the night with dry puppy pads! Tara missed her brothers and sisters but snuggled with Lyla And after a little wining and scratching at the gate, she warmed up to the new environment and quietness.

And that's a wrap! Vet appt SUCCESS 🙏🙏🙏All got their shots (not one of them flinched or whimpered). Hearts, hips, teeth, temps, and development all healthy and passed! The smallest in the litter is 10.2 and the largest is 13.2lbs!!! 🐾🐕 puppies have all had their nails clipped and now we're giving baths as we wait for the families to come by and pick up the newest members of their family. My heart is being pulled in all directions today.

Today is bittersweet 🥹 today the families are all coming to officially pick up and bring their puppies home! Along with these sweet puppy kisses and snuggles, we got each of them a "gotcha day" dog cookie, a soft plush blanket with Mama Gemma's scent, lint roller, toys ropes + chews, 3 photo magnets with mom and babies, dad, and a snuggle photo of the litter, a Samcro style themed puppy bandana and some puppy pads. And we're really excited for the hand off. Specifically because this is our families opportunity to share a piece of our sweet Gemma with the world!
* we still have two baby girls available! Although I'm starting to get attached 🤪
