Congratulations to Sander, Cory Roy and Lisa Castalidi on their ALGD win! This past weekend, chasing some retrieving credits, Jenny put the pieces together placing in both retrieving stakes. Friday she took fourth in the Open Limited Gun Dog and Sunday she took First in the Amateur Limited Gun Dog. The Amateur Limited Gun Dog win came with being included on the Capo Memorial Trophy, whose namesake was an awesome Vizsla who it is an honor to have Jenny associated.

Thank you Judges Michael Ernest and Paul Shirley for watching Jenny in the Amateur Limited Gun Dog, judges Sarah Conyngham and Michael Ernest for watching Jenny in the Open Limited Gun Dog, and Cory Roy for Scouting both runs.

Some breeders conduct the Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) as puppy socialization exercises, once daily from the third to the 16th days.

Tired puppies after their daily early neurologic stimulation and scent introduction exercises. Training starts early! We start these exercises at day 3, and it helps to build a foundation for a very well-adjusted dog. Tomorrow we introduce a tray of pine pellets that will serve as a litter pan as the puppies grow. They go home with a big head start on housebreaking this way!

When there's a break in the rain, we get out and train... The puppy acts as a (not so) chaotic bracemate for Jenny. Instead of simply ripping birds in front of her, we got some backing practice!

Last week, we went to the VCA National Field Trial and competed in the Derby Classic with Dolly. We knew we were going to have fun when we drew a brace with our friend Darin Strickland and Rua- and the brace did not disappoint, both dogs put down incredible runs!

We are proud to announce Dolly took 3rd! Thank you Judges Tony McGrane and Bruce Conover for taking the time to look at Dolly. Thanks to Cory Roy for scouting Dolly. Thanks you Andrew Campbell for letting me use Mike with Kitty to sire Dolly.

Congratulations to Gigi and Al Lucas with their win, congratulations to our incredible bracemate Rua and Darin Strickland on their runner up, and conratulations to Al Lucas once more for his 4th place with Trip.

We had a once in a Blue moon weekend! Jenny took 3 firsts in gun dog stakes (AGD, OGD, ALGD) and Dolly won both Derbies. Thank you Judges Mitch Swierczynski, Andrew Campbell, Pat Sanborn, Cory Roy, Dick Frawley, and Jim Blaschke for taking the time to watch my dogs. Thanks Lisa Castaldi for scouting!
