Meet Tiffany!

Hi All! My name is Tiffany. I am currently the CEO of Buddy and Friends Animal Rescue and now also Buddy and Friends Doggie Daycare. If you know me, you know that I have a hard love of dogs. 🐾
Dogs are a big passion of mine, and my world revolves around them. I have over 20 years' experience working with dogs and understanding dog behavior. We have formed an incredible team to care for your dogs. We will treat your dogs as our own. I currently own 3 dogs myself and also currently foster. Although the rescue is paired with the daycare our rescue dogs that belong to BFAR that reside in the building will NOT be hanging out with our daycare pups.
This daycare will be your dog's home away from home and every dog will leave happy and well cared for. I work 0.4 miles and live a little over a mile from our new facility which makes me available at any time of the day or night to your dogs and my team. My full-time job is in trucking and warehousing, and being a mom of 2 great boys, but the love of dogs has led me down the road of rescue and now a daycare/borading.

Meet Julianna!!

Hi!! My name is Julianna, and I have a 1-year-old Pit/Staffy mix named Belle and recently adopted a Pit mix from BFAR named Freya, now Bailey. I am beyond excited to start working with BFDD! I treat every dog like my own fur baby and am truly passionate about ensuring each dog thrives in the daycare environment. My love for animals started at a very young age and has only grown since then. I’ve been working with dogs for a couple of years now and have gained extensive knowledge about dog behavior and body language. My favorite part about this job is building bonds with all the dogs and helping them work through any problems or struggles they might have. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to ensure your pup has the safest, most fun experience at our facility. I can’t wait to get up and running with BFDD and meet you all! Thank you for trusting us with your fur babies!

Thank you is not nearly enough to Joe and Nicole from Maplewood Property Care!

They have completely overhauled our property and will be doing the upkeep as a donation.
If you knew what this property looked like previously it was 🫣🥴🥴. We were speechless after the guys put in over 15 hrs of hard work.

Joe and Nicole loved their girl Bella so much who they had lost, who also happened to daycare here before BFDD moved in. We share a genuine love of dogs, and we are so incredibly blessed and thankful to know such great people. Their work speaks for itself if you need a good landscaper. ♥️🐶♥️🐶

Please meet Aisha!

My name is Aisha Grullon, and I am an experienced dog handler and dog mom! I have spent years in a dog daycare setting where I grew to learn all about dog body language, dog behavior, and interactions. As much as I love the everyday, “happy go-lucky” dog, I’ve always grown a natural connection and sympathy for dogs who struggle with reactivity or behavior issues.

I rescued my boy Roland in October of 2022. As a first-time dog owner, I had no idea what I had gotten myself into, especially after learning he was showing signs of dog and people reactivity, and major signs of general anxiety from the world.
I trained Roland every day since that discovery and now he loves every person he meets and loves to go on adventures with me! Other dogs are still a work in progress (training never ends)!

In my experience with Roland, I learned dogs who struggle with reactivity can eventually succeed with structure, routine, consistency and advocacy. It’s my goal to help the “tough” dogs enjoy their time in daycare just as much as the “happy go-lucky” dogs and learn all the reasons why they might be struggling and how to help them!

I also aspire to help educate and bring full transparency to pet parents so they can truly understand the ins and outs of their fur baby! I am so grateful for the opportunity I am given of being trusted with these pups and cannot wait to work with them!!

Good morning all!

If you are looking to register your dog for daycare or boarding, you can do so below on our website.

There have been some questions that I will tie up here.

Our rates are listed on our website. We will be open 6am til 6:30pm. We will accommodate special requests if needed.

Our rescue dogs will NOT be mingling with daycare dogs. Our dogs have their own sectioned off play area off the BFAR side of the building. This is not because our dogs cannot exist in daycare. It is just my preference.

We do have a VIP program for dogs that do not do well in daycare. This allows special dogs to still have the ability to be with someone during the day and get exercise/play time/attention. Every dog deserves to have fun when mom and/or dad is at work.

Our boarding program will be catered to each individual dog. We will have someone on site 24/7 when dogs are boarding. We are in the process of installing a 35K camera system so you can keep your eyes on your dog(s) whenever they are in the building and there is NO FEE for this.

It’s official!! 🥳🥳
The Buddy and Friends Animal Rescue dogs that do not have a home and Buddy and Friends Doggie Daycare will reside in the same building!!
This would not have been possible without the help from two very important parties. ♥️

Ryan and Jimmy Bristol who own the building at 275 Oak. who let me swing by the seat of my pants and are supportive of our new journey. 🐾

A bigger than life thank you to Chris Shaughnessy from CJ Shaughnessy Crane Service who backs us endlessly and covered the very large financial cost for us to move in while we get up and running. Chris is a BIG supporter of ours. We are so incredibly grateful for his generosity and his assistance over the years. ♥️♥️

Hi everyone! My name is Sophie— I am currently the foster director of BFAR and can not wait to begin working with the day care again! I have previously worked at one other daycare where I worked closely with the boarding dogs and behavioral pups — and I can’t wait to get to help care for your pets during the day and if they stay with us over night for boarding! I am super passionate about helping all of the pups. I personally have fostered 20+ dogs. I have had the easy puppies in my home to some pretty severe behavioral cases and everything in between. Each and every dog I have fostered and worked with have all taught my something and I am excited to bring all of that knowledge to life with BFDD. Safety, cleanliness, and most of all fun for your pups are my ultimate goals! Can’t wait to get to meet everyone as the daycare gets up and running- and super pumped to start seeing your dogs!

We are going to start introducing our incredible dedicated team!!!

Hello! My name is Adeline and you may recognize me from either South Paws or Sticks and Bones (girl with crazy colored hair)! I have been working with dogs for 4 years now in a daycare environment. I have also done dog sitting and walking for 2 years. I have completed multiple training programs for playgroup management and dog body language/behavior. My journey with dogs started right after I graduated high school and I have been hooked since. My favorite part of working with dogs is being able to form an individual connection with each dog and owner. I truly make it a priority to bond with every single kiddo under my care, learning every nuance of their behaviors. I have been around the block working in a total of 5 daycares (2 of which were in Maine) and am very committed to putting all of my experience together to provide the best possible environment. Working with dogs has given my life purpose and has been infinitely rewarding. I am grateful every day for this opportunity. I appreciate your trust in us to take care of your fur babies, they are in loving hands!
