Working on this thing called discipline!

MOTIVATION MONDAY!

I made a goal for myself a few weeks back to get out of my comfort zone while working out by joining the gym and hitting 5k (3.15 miles) on my treadmill.
While I have yet to join the gym (maybe today), I am steadily progressing on my treadmill, going from a single 10-minute mile to 2.5 miles in just 3 weeks...and this from the kid in gym class with asthma who brought a doctor's note to get out of the mile.
Goals and hard work are wonderful, but the rewards of an accomplishment will be even sweeter!

We all know how harsh the winters can be and we all know we have people who are struggling to stay warm or can't afford a good coat or blanket to get them through it. So if you are cleaning out your closets or garage please keep us and our drive in mind. We have drop-off locations listed and also a couple of pop-up events we will be hosting.
