It's that time of year again! Yates County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Scarecrow Contest and CSR Karen has been inspired to create another entry for EVC along with her dedicated team. Here's a sneak peak at the process and brave souls who battled the cooler temp, Benton Hill wind, and scattered rain sprinkles to put it all together. The finished project will be posted tomorrow! Great job to all!! 🎃
