We would like to address something that was a concern in another Facebook group for Shiba Inu’s. Many of you that get puppies from us know that we stress how important lots of socialization is!
Non-exposure to things will likely result in you having a nervous pup (other people, other animals, car rides, the vet, nail trims, baths, etc.). Socialization and exposure to things that might scare your puppy is the only way to prevent them from being stressed & nervous.
If you see your puppy is scared then increase the exposure to that specific thing so they learn that it’s nothing to be afraid of ❤️🐕🐾
