Tentative, we will close for tomorrow due to the incoming snow storm. My employee drives to far for me to risk her life and my kindergartener will most likely have a snow day. My sweet Jilly bean has crossed the rainbow bridge. We are deeply saddened by her family's loss. She has always been so strong and resilent. To my sweetest Chopper. The two years that I have gotten to know you, it has been so bittersweet. Your mom was so nervous, that first appointment, I would not be able to groom you. Since you apparently had such an attitude with other groomers. But I can honestly say, without a doubt, you were truly a wonderful, yet fiesty friend. Your fire within burned so bright. For those who could see it, could truly understand who you were. I will miss you, the endless sass, and your giddty little prance when you gained freedom after your haircut. We will meet again 💔

We bid farewell to our sweetest little Tootsie. He was such a sweet little guy with the biggest smile and heart. I cannot even begin to express my sorrow to his family or how much he will be missed. Heaven is lucky to gain such a sweet little angel. We will meet again, my love. I will continue to remember your sweet, gentle eyes and feel your snuggles after the end of each grooming appointment. It isn't the number of grooms that matter to me. But the time we get to spend with your babies that leave a paw print on our hearts. Rest easy, my sweet love. Gone. But never forgotten. 💔

2023 is a wrap! We are so proud to have served you wonderful people. As sad as it was to let Renee retire; it has been the best year ever! I have learned so much and i appreciate your patience with me as I got used to running everything. You are all the best!

As far as today. We had such a fantastic group of pups to end the year. I am grateful to each and every one of you that believed in what we do. And I hope to see you all in the new year. So much love! Best wishes for 2024.

Our first day in the new year will be Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024.

Another day in the life! Brushing your dog doesn't always equate to a healthy coat, friends. A lot of people make the mistake of brushing the very top coat. It's an honest mistake. Brushing all the way down to the skin and use a metal comb to ensure a tangle free coat is essential. Regular brushing will help you out in the long run.

This is not easy task, folks. And it's a simple mistake. And there really should be a class for pet parents to take for their pups that need regular grooming. The pup will be a bit sore from the matting. But is now happy to be free and able to move about again.

Maybe if I have a spare moment, i will do a demo video with my poodle. 😊

Hello friends! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! Mine was wonderful and the four day break was very much needed! We will be back in the salon tomorrow, refreshed and ready to love on your babies!

Just a few reminders, friends!
We are not open Saturdays or Sundays. We value our familes and rest. Especially during the holidays. So calling over and over again...probably will not prompt a response. 😉

If it is a day off, we may not get back to you right away or until business hours. But sometimes, I can find a spare moment to respond, I might send you a text. I do not answer phone calls outside of business hours but will more likely respond via text or fb messanger. Please understand that my job is not my entire life. I love you all dearly. Most of you understand that my boys keep me busy outside of work. I am going to one full time job to another. Motherhood. And its pretty hood sometimes 🤗🤭😂

And if you desire a particular day for an appointment, please call with enough notice. And if you need your fur baby picked up by a particular time, please let me know when you make the appointment. Sometimes expectations are not feasible for me since i am not a mind reader and i pack my days as much as we mentally and physically can handle. We don't want to get burned out and lose our passion so communication is key.

Alright, i am posting out of frustration. My automated reminder texts sometimes have issues sending out. It is a benefit that i get through my square service. Personally, i do not have the time in my day to call and remind you about appointments. When Renee ran the shop, she didnt remind anyone at all. But, folks, you cannot always rely on technology. Please write down your appointments. Put them on your calander on your phone. If the automated system doesnt work, and you miss the appointment, I cannot help you. If you need to check when your appointment is, you can call or text me.

Sorry for frustrated post. But the business loses money when you don't show up. And i probably don't have spots anytime soon to get you in. This my ted talk. Thank you.

First haircuts are always fun! They don't always cooperate the way we hope. So we improvise! 🤣🥰 Overall a wonderful puppy and a great first experience! Great to have Miss Annie part of our family now.
