Not the best quality pictures but still cute. Our babies come pre loved and spoiled and kid tested.
(No puppies were tortured in these pictures. I do not believe in letting children force animals to do what they want. My children are taught to respect animals boundaries.)

And then there were two!

Their siblings have found new homes but these two sweet boys, Griffin and Silas are still available and looking for their forever family! Both boys are outgoing and super sweet and love attention. Please make sure you do your research before getting a puppy regardless of whether you choose a sheltie or any other breed. Do your best to make sure they will fit your family's lifestyle before getting them. Don't choose a puppy or dog simply based on looks alone. When you do decide on a breed take it a step further and talk with the breeder about each puppy's personality before picking your puppy. My goal is always to do what's best for my puppies and trying my best to make sure they have a long term forever home. I will tell you if I do or don't think a puppy will be a good fit for your family.

This is the second dog in the last two weeks that we’ve had come in to our hospital with this type of bone stuck around it’s mandible. Separate companies but the EXACT same design.

Please do NOT buy this type of bone for your pup! It’s not worth the risk. Luckily for this patient, our technician was able to wiggle it free but our previous patient was under general anesthesia for nearly a half hour while we went through every tool in our arsenal to saw through both sides of the bone safely.
Both dogs are lucky that they did not end up with lacerations or broken teeth.

Lexie and Skylar are the parents to our current litter. They're both around 14 in tall and under 20 lbs. 🚨🚨🚨Just a reminder that all of our puppies are microchipped before going home. If you have gotten a puppy from us or intend to please make sure you register the microchip otherwise it does them no good if they are ever to get lost. The registration fee is $20 if you do it online and that's a very small price to pay for the extra piece of mind. Shelties tend to be shy dogs and can get spooked and bolt. Microchips can help them make it back home if that ever happens. I also ask that when you register them you please add my information as a back up just in case. Sometimes people change their numbers and forget to update their microchip information so having me as a backup helps ensure that someone familiar with the dog is able to be contacted. If you need my information again please message me and I'll be happy to give it to you! Thank you all for being wonderful families to my babies! 🚨🚨🚨

Welcome to Starr's Shelties! We're so thankful you're considering one of our puppies! I wanted to cover a few things to answer some common questions.

All of our puppies will be vet checked and microchipped before going to their new homes. They will also be started on a vaccine schedule. We follow Dr. Jean Dodds vaccine protocol. If you have any questions about it please let me know. A copy of it will be included in their go home puppy pack. Puppies go home with a blanket that smells like their mom and siblings as well as a few toys and a folder with all paperwork included.
Our puppies are raised in our home with our 5 children (from toddlers to teens) as well as our other dogs and cats too.
I'm also a pet groomer so all puppies are started on basic grooming such as bathing, blowing drying brushing/combing, nail trims, feet and sanitary trims and ear cleaning from a young age and it's continued until they go to their new homes.
If you are interested in one of our puppies please check the other pinned post for a short questionnaire. I like to get to know a little about potential families and this is just a way to do that.
