REUNITED and it feels so GOOD. Today this furbaby was brought to FOPAS as a found/lost dog. Thankfully she was chipped and is back with her owner.

While some of you are still in bed FOPAS is up early today to get our fur-babies ready for a car ride. It was a full house in the Fopas truck this morning. Off to get them vetted and spayed/neutered so they will be ready for adoption.

Yall it is so sad the number of calls & messages we get daily, of people wanting to get their pets gone. These pets love and depend on you. They don’t want to be homeless. If you could see the sad confused faces when their family leaves. 🥹
Puppies and small dogs and pure breeds get adopted first. The over 50 pounds mixes and bulldog’s are last. Some actually wait up to a year. When you leave it’s a quick fix for you but the animal and those in rescue have the other side. People please just put more effort in fixing the reasons you say they have to go. A wise man once told me, There’s a solution to every problem you just have to find and make it work.

TO All Of THE PEOPLE that are making negative comments: The crates they are in are large. Patty’s picture looks off because she is jumping up into the corner when I walked up. They have water buckets hanging on the left side in the crate. They are in an air condition room. They do not live in these crates. We were having an adoption event. You can’t have 20 dogs loose with people coming through. I wish all of you that are so quick to jump to conclusions and being judgmental would put your time and energy into helping them rather than bashing the people that love and care for them 7 days a week until the right home is found.
