June 30, 2025 is the deadline for Club Delegate Credentialing! Make sure your membership is up to date with your club and AHA if you are interested in being a Convention Delegate!

Attention Club Officers: Delegate Count Deadline is June 30!

As we gear up for the 2025 AHA Annual Convention, it’s time to double-check your club’s membership totals, your delegate count depends on it!

✅ All Adult membership renewals and new sign-ups must be received and processed by 5 p.m. MST on Monday, June 30, either: In office, or online at https://hubs.la/Q03m4fk_0

Delegate counts are based on your club’s total Adult members as of June 30. Check the AHA Handbook for the full scale, starting with:
🔹 10–35 members = 1 Delegate
🔹 36–70 members = 2 Delegates..and so on!

📌 Club officers: review your membership rosters and officer lists to ensure all info is current.

We held out as long as we could tonight in hopes the weather would turn in our favor to give you guys a final Saturday Evening under the lights outside. Mother Nature had other plans.
