We have lost a dear friend.

Debbie Fuentes was truly one of a kind and there is no doubt her presence will be missed by so many. For over 40 years, Debbie devoted herself to AHA and its mission, becoming an integral part of our association and the global registry community. She was always there with a smile, a chat about our Arabian horse community - and of course, a camera!

A memorial fund has been set for the continued support of Debbie’s family as they mourn this tremendous loss. Donations will go toward funeral arrangements and to assist Jorge with ongoing household expenses (e.g. food, gas, mortgage, utilities). May God bless the family as they transition into a life without Debbie. Your generosity, no matter the size, will be deeply appreciated and provide vital help during this challenging time. Region 12 Delegates take note!!!

Important Convention Deadlines

Early Bird Registration:
September 30th is the last day to take advantage of the early bird registration for Convention. Fees will increase on October 1st so please make your registration soon if you plan on attending.

Convention Luncheon and Banquet:
Purchase your luncheon and/or Award Banquet tickets by November 13th as meal counts must be reported to the hotel. There will be no food (luncheon and banquet) sales after this date.

Booking a Room at the Silver Legacy Resort & Casino:
Reservation Deadline: October 18th
Note: Make reservations by this date to receive AHA’s contracted rates.

Attention Regional Delegates, today is the deadline for Early Bird Convention Registration! Region 12 will reimburse delegates for the Early Bird Fee at Convention. Get registered!

In addition to the room rate, a $30 resort fee, $3 tourism surcharge and tax per day (room rate and resort fee) will apply.  If booking over the extended period (the lesser rate to the higher rate), room rates will be shown as an average.
