Busy week making improvements to the kennel room and the birthing room. We’ve been re-sealing the floors, replacing worn fencing, replacing clawed/chewed wood surfaces with pressure treated and then sealing the wood surfaces. Having radiant heat in the concrete has allowed the sealant and the paint to dry fairly quickly. One more day of work and we should be fully operational again. It’s truly been an all hands on deck family effort and I couldn’t be more proud !!!

UPDATE: OUR LITTLE GIRL HAS FOUND HER FOREVER HOME. Thanks for all the interest in her !!!

Our “original 3” matriarch “KATAHDIN” (born late winter 2013) is THE best grandmother ever !!!
She is always jumping in the whelping boxes, regardless of breed, to look after the pups and give new moms a break. Here she has “adopted” our final springer pup while she awaits her forever home.

Our Matriarch Katahdin (whom we started with) is the best grandmother ever !!!! She always adopts are last pups of the litter and is always looking after the little ones.

REMINDER: The AKC springer spaniel pups got for their vet check Thursday morning. Pick up is after post shot waiting period and begins around 5:00pm
