There are days when I wonder why am I still doing this? Then there are days that I get a card from a family who is moving away and their dogs have been coming here for years. Max, Harper and Larry were such a joy to care for! Max was a Cane Corso that I DID NOT want to board out of fear! Needless to say, I boarded him and he was sweet as pie! He passed away in February. I loved him to death! Harper and Larry were two dachshunds and Harper passed this summer. So, Larry spent the day here with us so we could love on him a bit before he left. Now, they’re going over seas and when I actually stop and think….. The fact that people truly do need us to care for their dogs the way they are cared for at home, is all I need to realize why I continue to do this! Thank you, Randee and Richard for giving all of us at Brandywine Kennels 3 extra special,dogs to board. Also, thank you for ALWAYS THINKING OF US!

This 4th of July, we are delighted to be at full occupancy! We appreciate all our guests who made reservations and helped create a memorable weekend. Although the hot weather has made work challenging, we are grateful for your support and trust in us.

Good Morning and Happy Easter weekend!! 🐣 Here’s a cute puppy video to start the weekend off right! 😍 Also, today is a busy drop off and pick up day so please remember: 🐾Do NOT come into the office. 🐾Please call when you get here to let someone know you are here. Someone will assist you outside. 🐾Please wear a mask when around others. Our girls here will be wearing one too! 🐾Stay 6 feet apart (Which is 10 Chihuahuas or 3.5 labs apart!) 🐾If you chose to not wear a mask we will ask you to bring your pup into the yards to be dropped off and for you to set your pups belongings on the bench out front, the same goes for pick up, so we may adhere to COVID guidelines and stay 6 feet apart as much as possible. 🐾Please be patient, it’s chilly we will be attending to the dogs first to make sure they don’t get too cold. We hope for a SAFE and Happy holiday so things can get back to normal soon!
