Just gotta say wow! Can’t believe how awesome this fall has been for all my customers
I’m totally booked and won’t be taking any more work until January.
If you shoot something you want done feel free to give me a call. I have some great taxidermists I can refer you to or put that trophy in the freezer and we can chat in January about what you would like to have done?
Right now I need to focus on getting the remainder of my workload done in a timely fashion. Thank you everyone!

Got some quality shop time in today! Finished a few projects and prepped a couple more to be finished tomorrow! Fall is upon us! I even fired up the wood stove today😳

Bear season is upon us here in Michigan.
Here is a little tidbit about skinning.
Leave the feet and head in to be skinned out by the taxidermist.Don’t cut the bear all the way up to the chin. If the hunter decides he or she wants a rug the taxidermist can do that.
Jigsaw puzzles cost more and the end result is never as good.

Happy summer everyone. It’s been a busy one between all my jobs. I’ve managed to get a bunch of work done this summer.
Moving forward I’m officially changing my buisness name to Ron’s Gameheads. As this will be my focus from now on. I will specialize in gameheads,I will still accept specimens for rugs and a few other specialty items but my primary work will be Gameheads.
Whitetail deer will be 850 this season which is a small increase from last season due to rising costs. I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate everyone for thier support.

Been a busy couple weeks here at Ron’s Gameheads.
I’ve finished a few whitetails,done some antler repairs,made some crates to ship mounts out and did a cool coyote I’ve had in my freezer for 4 yrs since I shot him.
Last weekend was the Michigan Taxidermist Association convention in Mt Pleasant. I took my coyote along and won a masters division second place with him,I also got a very special award for my work in the gamehead category over the years.It was a great time continuing my learning and improving journey.

Happy spring everyone! I just wanted to share a few photos of some recent completed work.

I just also want to say that if I have something in my freezer that I haven’t got a deposit for it’s not started. I’ve had a few questions recently.
If I have to chase you for money and to pick up stuff your fired as a customer. I’m sorry to be negative but the world we live in has apparently brought this out.
I will no longer be doing anything bear related unless payment is made up front at drop off time. This has become a big problem and I have no interest in them anymore because of the trouble. I apologize for the negativity.
