All Basic Obedience Skills Completed great on a leash as well.
Comes with additional training package so the new family can learn what he knows. All of these photos were taken off leash with many distractions with Dutton following all commands while I took the photos. I didn't have a helper and he isn't tied.
Dutton has been with us for a month. He loves his people. He loves to play and chew his toys. He does well with our 2 dogs and he came from a home with a cat. He doesn't shed which is also a plus. He is currently under the care of Jan's Animal Rescue but I'm the current contact for those who are interested. I'm his trainer not his foster so he will need to find a home soon because he doesn't have a foster so he would be boarded if he can't find a home. Praying that this doesn't happen. Please share!

Merle and Hank my 6 month old Australian Shepherd clients holding a strong "watch me" for their mama as I pulled in the driveway 😍 4 weeks into training and they are making big strides! Hank is very reactive so this is especially big for him. ❤️

Dutton says training is exhausting. Best part when we started he was shaking all over bc he was afraid to ride in the car. An hour later he was this comfortable 😌 Day 1 of reactive training at Tractor Supply and he did well.

Update:
Buck is out of surgery and resting comfortably. He has 6 staples and when he wears his soft cone Lady thinks it's a toy which causes humor for us but not so much for Bucky 🥰 keep praying...I will update Tuesday on his diagnosis.

My sweet Bucky boy is getting a tumor removed today. We won't know until Monday if it is benign. I will update when he's out of surgery. Prayers appreciated 🙏 ❤️

Check out Nova! She is 8 weeks in to her puppy package and doing such a great job. Next steps leash skills and distraction s. Nova does well for me but she does amazing for her family and that's what I strive for. Cheering for Nova, Kelly and Travis!

Way to go Gator and John! These 2 have worked so hard. We are into the training with distractions phase, so this is in front of Tractor Supply. Aussies are very high energy and even though they got a late start to training they have put in the time and stayed consistent and it's paying off!

A Dog's Purpose Training Academy is supporting the Rescue Ranch tonight for the 10th Anniversary celebration of such a wonderful rescue. If you're not familiar with them check them out. So many educational programs and of the rescuing, fostering and adoption of so many animals. I donated a Training package!

Stay out of Muddy, Mill and Monarcas creeks and do not allow your pets into the water. Runoff from the site of the Winston Weaver Co. fertilizer plant fire has resulted in elevated levels of nitrates, nitrites, ammonia nitrogen and other potentially harmful chemicals in these creeks. Ingesting the water could be harmful to your health and the health of animals. The Forsyth County Department of Public Health has posted notices recommending that the public avoid swimming, wading or fishing in them. If you come in contact with the water, soil or sediment in or near the creeks, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If you are concerned that you or your pet has been exposed or ingested water in these creeks, contact your healthcare provider or veterinarian
