My Training was completed yesterday a Hotline Crist Therapist with an active rescue of a person in who stated, I have no other options than to kill myself."
I have given the Green Light to Fly Solo and be of Service to those in Crisis, as a Hotline Su***de and Crisis Therapist for 988 National Lifeline and La Frontera-Empact of AZ.
To be honest, taking calls during my training was very humbling and it brought to light that those who are in crisis and think about su***de or self-harm need someone to talk to who truly cares about our fellow humans. I pray God that I bring my experience and love of helping people. With being a crisis counselor for many years I pray God gives me the words, wisdom and disdernment to bring service of those who need our help at 988.
I will be advocating more for the 988 National Lifeline, Crisis and Su***de Awareness in posting videos and information of some of the Warning Signs and how you and I can help you those you love and know recognize some of the warning signs.
Su***de keeps rising and we need to bring down those rising numbers and provide proper intervention to those who need help regarless of race, ethnicity, s*x, religion, disability and gender.
