Our club has grown immensely this year with 33 club members and 41 dogs most who have come from another club or training environment.

The one thing we see from not all but most is the lack in developmental skills and communication.

Running a club needs to be so much more than collecting money from people to keep dogs and handlers stagnant. Do we not realize our club members are an extension of our clubs collective knowledge pool. Stepping aside and teaching a club member how to properly cradle, choke off, walking up etc and why should not be above anyone running a club.
