It's with a heavy heart I report that Callie passed away this morning. I believe she had fading kitten syndrome, so we don't know what caused her death. But she was such a light for the week we had her! I'll always remember her ♥️

Meet Callie!

On Friday, my cousin found Callie and her brother Tyrone in his barn. It appeared the mother had abandoned these two for some reason, so I decided to give them a chance at life. Unfortunately Tyrone passed, but Callie is doing amazing (after a scare or two Friday night). Callie is two to three weeks old and has been a champ. All she does is eat, purr, and sleep. Such a cutie pie.

Fostering the past year has been an amazing experience. I'm so glad I got to help these beautiful cats find forever homes.
I'm going to stop fostering now that I'm getting ready to take my board exam and move out of Philadelphia for clinical rotations. Who knows, maybe when I have time again, I'll foster some more.

Meet Mama Lady!
This sweet girl came to PALS with her kittens and helped get them all adopted! She was adopted herself, then given back 😢 so she's hanging out with me while we find her forever home!
