🐾🦃🎄 While we all want to include our furry friends in the holiday festivities, it's essential to know what's safe and not safe for them when it comes to holiday table scraps.

👍 SAFE FOR PETS:

Lean Turkey Meat: A small amount of cooked, plain turkey (no bones, skin, or seasoning) can be a special treat.
Plain Sweet Potatoes: Mashed or baked, without butter, marshmallows, or seasonings.
Plain Green Beans: Fresh or lightly steamed, free of butter, spices, or added ingredients.
Plain Pumpkin: Fresh or canned (without spices), can be a digestive aid for pets.
Unsalted, Plain Broth: A small amount can be used to moisten dry food.

❌ NOT SAFE FOR PETS:

Bones: Never feed your pet turkey or chicken bones, as they can splinter and cause injuries.
Onions and Garlic: These can be toxic and should be avoided.
Sage, Nutmeg, and Other Spices: These can be harmful to pets.
Raisins and Grapes: Toxic to dogs and cats, even in small quantities.
Alcohol: Keep alcoholic beverages out of reach of pets.
Chocolate and Sweets: These can be toxic to pets, especially chocolate.
