UPDATE: The Arizona Humane Society says 130 pets entered its doors on Thursday alone, further exacerbating the problem of overcrowding.

Now through October 6, all pets have waived adoption fees at all three adoption locations (Sunnyslope, Papago Park and South Mountain).
