I have a huge love for ALL animals but dogs are closest to my heart. I love pet sitting due to the different breeds I get to interact with. I have run my own pet sitting business for 10 years & ran my own boarding, daycare & grooming facility for 2 years. I love spending time with all sizes and breeds of dogs. I enjoy sitting all kinds of pets from dogs and cats to snakes, pigs, birds, horses, and

much more! I am a lover of all animals, regardless if they have manes, fur, scales, or feathers! I have been house/pet sitting for many years. I have experience working with all breeds & temperaments. I am able to do overnights; wellness checks or walks with your furry children. Love, pictures and belly rubs are always included in every visit. I offer a customizable blend of services while you are away on business, vacations or unexpected emergencies. I will water plants, keep pools clean, collect mail, and any other of the general everyday things that you would do. You can travel worry-free knowing that your pets, plants and home are being honored and respectfully cared for by a trustworthy and compassionate sitter. Come home after your travel to a clean, serene and happy environment for yourself and your pets. Your furkid will be well taken care of and loved (almost) as much as you would do yourself.

Hi, I’m Amanda — the proud owner and operator of Happy at Home Pet Sitting. Animals have been my lifelong passion, and for over 20 years I’ve been honored to care for pets of every size, shape, and personality. While dogs hold a special place in my heart, I truly adore all creatures — whether they have fur, feathers, scales, or hooves.

My journey has included years as the General Manager of a 5-Star boarding, daycare & grooming facility, where I gained invaluable insight into what pet parents want most for their beloved companions. That experience helped me shape Happy at Home into the personal, loving, and stress-free alternative to kennels and boarding.

I specialize in overnight stays but also offer drop-in visits — always with plenty of love, belly rubs, playtime, and photo updates. Beyond pet care, I can help with plant watering, pool upkeep, mail collection, and the little everyday details that keep your home running smoothly while you’re away.

As a self-proclaimed “crazy dog mom,” I understand the worry of leaving your babies behind. My mission is to ease that anxiety by treating your pets and home with the same respect, love, and attention I give my own. With me, you can travel confidently knowing your pets are safe, happy, and cared for — and you’ll return to a clean, calm home.
