I had the most amazing weekend ever!!! My friend Lauren Mendez took me home and I’m so grateful. She said that I was a really good boy (she also said I snore, but we’ll ignore that😴🤪😂)

I loved the ride home, sticking my head out the window. Once we got to the house all I wanted to do was walk, roll in grassy yards, and sniff everything. I even got to cuddle in bed. It was magical 🥰💕💗

Today is the FIRST DAY of the BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters event in partnership with Dogtopia! All adult dogs and cats who are 1 year and older at both our main shelter and Chandler location have completely waived adoption fees May 1-15!

🐾 Main Shelter: 25 N. 40th St. Phoenix (closed on Mondays)
🐾 Chandler Adoption Center: 3111 West Chandler Blvd, Level 2 of the Chandler Fashion Center

This is how I celebrated Easter. I started out with the Bunny Hop with a lot of my friends at Arizona Animal Welfare League. I was so excited but patiently waited in the yard. I enjoyed rolling around in the grass along the way and did a ton of sniffing. It was such a fun day that I couldn’t stop smiling for one second. 3 miles later, we were back at AAWL for a good treat and the start of a nap.
