If you’re planning to bring home a double coated puppy it’s really important to not only find a breeder who starts grooming socialization early but to •CONTINUE• bathing and blowdrying your puppy often!! Your dog will need to be frequently groomed for the remainder of their life as a part of proper care, it’s YOUR responsibility to make sure that’s it’s not stressful for them! ❤️

It amazes me that this boy is still searching for his perfect situation.. granted we’ve had some incredible applicants but I’m just really feeling set on him “doing something” whether that’s a Junior home, rally, barn hunt, dock diving.. He just has so much desire to learn and work that I’m not ready to send him strictly to a companion home yet. While we wait, we will continue to train and prepare him to be the best boy he can be!

Finishing a dog I produced is one of the best feelings but honestly watching Shanya’s happy dance is my favorite. Winning with your friends who are showing their first show dogs and celebrating dogs you both love so much. This is what it’s about for me ❤️
