I’m currently looking to regime a Shepard mix pup. He showed up in our yard about 1.5 months ago. He’s super sweet, calm and docile. He is not an alpha dog so he gets along with other dogs and children very well. Not sure about cats but he doesn’t seem to have a high prey drive and he rarely leaves my sight . If your looking for a new best friend he was made for you. It took him a bit to warm up to my husband but I think he’s been on his own since birth and is pretty skittish of men in general. But he is protective over me and he is amazing with the kiddos. I hate to even have to let him go but we just don’t have the time to give him all the love and attention he deserves

So I’m starting a nonprofit, with the main goal of keeping senior animals with their families, but to also provide responsible pet owners with a an option to keep their old pups happy and comfortable at the end of their lives. We will provide vet care, boarding, day sitter and night sitting services. I’m at the beginning of my journey with this and at the time I’m looking for donations and assessing the needs of my community and the surrounding areas.
