Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate how far our girl has come. Every day she writes new chapters in her journey and I am so proud of her. 🖤
Gypsy 9/22/23
Hey everyone! I’ve had to take a little break from social media as September and October are busy months for myself and my kiddos.
We’ve been prepping as fast as we could for this pop up tropical storm. And Gypsy decided she was feeling a little frisky.
Here she is giving us a small canter to the hay. I hope everyone is doing well!
Sawyer’s first ride on Gypsy
Good morning from Gypsy!
My husband and I are going trail riding this morning. Apparently we caused a commotion when we put our two main girls, Cove and Ellie, on the trailer. The long yearlings, Ice and Dolly, were running amuck as well as our beautiful buckskin neighbors, Cruella and Arya. Our 34 year old, Missy, even made a lap around her pasture. But what tickled me most is when Gypsy started to call out to everyone.
We hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!
Happy Friday!!
It’s been a whirlwind of a day! I finally got home so we could give our girl her lunch, roughly 8lbs of Omnis Plus Compete hay cubes; which we have been gradually increasing!
This stuff is gold!
We are making a trip to our feed and hay cube dealer, Magnolia Ranch, LLC., to pick up some more alfalfa and our super senior grain. If anyone would like to donate a bag of Omnis hay cubes to Gypsy, you can reach out directly to our good friend Carlyn, owner of Magnolia Ranch, let her know you’d like to donate a bag to Gypsy and we can pick it up tomorrow! We will be going through a bag of Omnis every two days soon once we increase Gypsy to 10lbs twice a day! If anyone feels moved to donate, Omnis is $22/50lb bag and they all go to Gypsy only! Our other horses only get alfalfa. Thank y’all so much for your continued support and following along with us on Gypsy’s journey! 🖤
Look at this little trot! She trotted twice for me while I was home. I was so giddy! 🖤
Good morning from Gypsy! I forgot to snag a picture of her first thing this morning since I’m starting to feel a little under the weather and was running late for work. So I figured I’d share this early morning feeding with y’all. It tickled me how she popped her head up quickly when she realized I was coming with something to eat. 😂
Late night feeding; back at it again in a few hours. Good night everyone!☺️
