Little things that no oine sees or notices that we do at Heaven's Gate Farm
1) blankets on or off (most barns charge for this we do not)
2) fly sheets on and off even wash the fly sheets 1 time a week after noticing that it is caked with mud No Charge
3) Monitoring water intake over night and throught the day
4) Adding hay to fields when grass is not its best.
5) turning in and out daily (unless it is snowing or raining)
6) stalls done 7 days a week and fresh bedding added daily so horse is comfortable to lay down .
7) Water and drag rings daily to make sure that horses stay sound and footing is level and safe for horse and rider.
8) We watch over them all day when they are on turn out .
if a horse is stressed we bring them in
9) we turn horses out in groups of 2 or 3 and monitor them making sure they get along and are not stressed
10) Vet tech on site 24/7 to administer medication if needed and take care of any emergencies that arise .
11) give daily suplimants for free when most barns charge for this
12) While horses/ponies are in lessons constant montoring of any issues Lameness or soreness ....
13)Care for every horse on this farm as if it was our own
