Happy (Almost) Summer!
I have a few reminders and updates to share:
• We’re heading into the busy season! My snowbirds are returning, dogs need to look their best for graduations, and many pups are coming in for their summer shave-downs. I’ll be booking out further in advance than usual, so please plan ahead when scheduling your appointments.
• Appointment Times: Please double-check your appointment time. If you arrive early, I likely won’t be ready until your scheduled time. If you’re late, I may not be able to groom your dog—and the next available slot could be three weeks out. I’ll always give you a heads-up on your pick-up time (usually the same as your last visit), so please make sure you’re able to arrive on time.
• Cancellations & Changes: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any missed or last-minute canceled appointments will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the groom. Due to being fully booked, I’m often unable to squeeze people in quickly.
• A Note from Me: I ask for your continued patience. I’m working longer hours when I can, but I also occasionally need to shorten my days for personal reasons. I will never cancel day-of unless it’s a true emergency, and I deeply appreciate your understanding. Please also respect my evening hours—I try to spend that time with my family.
