hello everyone ♥️
It’s with a heavy heart that I have to defend myself and my business over a post that is floating around Facebook. Someone purchased a puppy from us on January 27th which was cleared by 2 vets before leaving, it was also cleared by the new owners vet 6 days after taking possession of the dog. However, a week after that appointment the dog then showed signs of sickness, which would’ve been 13 days after taking possession of the puppy. He tested positive for coccidiosis and was then treated. The new owner reached out to us and said that she had wanted the vet bill paid for. As per our contract we do not offer to pay vet bills, or offer any cash, we offer a replacement dog or a replacement puppy. She did not want to do this so our business ended there. She was happy with her puppy and wanted to keep him. Coccidia takes 6-10 days to cause issues after exposure. The new owner had had the puppy for 13 days before issues arose. We tried to make things right, we did everything our contract offers, and we tried to settle it privately but now it’s all public and I don’t want anyone believing that we don’t take care of our dogs. Things happen, and it’s unfortunate, but nothing is promised with live animals. Thank you to everyone who knows us, and knows that we take care of our animals. I’m sorry this has happened, but we thank you for all of the continued support, and we will continue to sell happy and healthy puppies to complete your families ♥️🐾
