Happy Saturday Everyone,
Summer is almost over & we will have a few things changing in the next few months!
We will be increasing rates again, this will not apply to everyone, unfortunately it will include some of my regular clients that have been giving a discount over the years. With the rise in pricing for literally everything, and the increase of new clients out there, we will be raising some clients pricing. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask! Effective Oct 1, 2024. I will be reaching out to those that will increase, or communicate at the next grooming appointment!
We closed our books the past couple months, and we are still going to keep them closed for now. We will be taking names and phone numbers to be added to the list and will reach out if we’re able to have you as a new client! Emily has been a great asset, but she’s only here part time & myself, I’m here full time and just can’t keep up..which is awesome! But I feel bad for the rise of potential clients out there! With that, we will slowly start making our way thru the list of new clients, and if we can get you in, we will. That means if you are a REGULAR & you DONT REBOOK, you run the risk of waiting 2-4 weeks to get in. Both Emily and I depend on this income, so we can’t hold spots open for possible appointments to come up. We will both be booking our days as full as possible and trying to accommodate everyone. If you need to get an appointment set up for the future, plan at least a month in advance 🙂
Also, I understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule, please let us know RIGHT AWAY so we can fill that spot. Sometimes I’m able to flip appts and give you a later day, and have someone take yours, but can’t when it’s not communicated.
Since the rise of no shows, ✨ if you no show for your appointment, you will be charged the total grooming fee before we will rebook you ✨ (effective immediately) if you don’t pay for the grooming, then you will not be given the option to rebook. We have a texting system that reminds you of your appointment 2 days in advance, so at that time if the appointment does not work, you need to contact me directly 269-350-6944 NOT THE AUTOMATED NUMBER.
Both Emily and I have a few weeks planned in the next 3 months for vacations, so we will book around those dates for you that need to get in! We will have PLENTY of openings for the holidays, don’t worry 🫶🏼
Lastly, if you made it this long in the update, I would recommend you rebook your pups grooming appts to January 2025 that way your in! Makes it easier for us to at pickup to collect payment, & for you as well so you can plan around your pups hair appointments 🤣
