Each year, Florida FFA’s staff and supporters work hard to provide Career & Leadership Development Events at the state level. These events challenge our members to develop critical thinking skills and effective decision-making skills, foster teamwork and promote communication while recognizing the value of ethical competition and individual achievement.
With support from our Pathway Partners, we are not only able to provide coveted awards for our traditional events, but also complete experiences that celebrate our organization’s history and future.
