UPDATE #10 July 10. 12:00 noon. Pretty Girl got some sunshine this morning! She’s still urinating good and has some loose stool with a little bit of blood in it. That’s to be expected after not having anything come out for so many days. She is on Reglan still and Cisapride and doses have been increased since she is still not eating. Her labs are looking good and so is her temperature. The general consensus is 5 days to get better. The safest and best place for her right now is to keep her where she is one more night. We are waiting for a quote for tonight. We are completely tapped out and have no more credit card room. We considered taking her out and putting her in the care of another smaller hospitalization doctor, but all that we have called are either headed out on vacation or have suggested that it’s best to keep her where she is because starting over would potentially add more complications. We also had another vet. Tell us that she doesn’t need a tube feed. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤐

We are encouraging people to avoid using Venmo at the moment. We reported all the scammers so they are investigating and they locked our Venmo until the investigation is done in 3 to 5 business days. So any money sent through Venmo will be locked up until the investigation is over.

Looking for Work. Will relocate if necessary. Would prefer to stay on land.
I had to rework my resume. Let me fill you in. Captain Stubing called and wanted me to join the crew of the Love Boat. I told him I would have to get back to him. I had to think about it. I know my strengths and weaknesses. One of those weaknesses is I’m not good with crowds or lots of people. I prefer a small group of people. Since my strength is protecting those I love and care about, I’m not sure an ocean liner would be the best fit.
My life guarding skills have been honed to perfection. As you can see, I am totally prepared for whatever may happen at your pool or even on your boat. I mean I must be good if Cpt. Stubing wanted me! Now we all know that all work and no play is not a healthy lifestyle for anyone. So, when my life guarding job is done, I like to unwind a bit. Some ball play and snuggle time sounds just right.
Now, this is where you come in. In order for me not to have to take the job on the Love Boat, I need a furever home, or at the very least a foster to adopt. I really want to stay landside and not have to travel the seas. I am an excellent companion and fully vetted. Help me realize my full potential. Fill out an application so that Nice Lady can give you all the information about me. Then we can have a meet and greet and I can show you my water saving skills!

Ole Blue PUPDATE!

Ole Blue is a little uncomfortable because of that first injection but FD (foster dad) is doing SO good at giving him relaxy meds and keeping him crated. It’s hard but necessary!

We got bloodwork results back and his anemia has been resolved with the meds FD gave him! He’s learning how to take pills in the food but FD is determined to teach this ole dog new tricks! We are so to have such wonderful fosters! 🙏🏼❤️🐾

UPDATE #9. July 9. 10:00 pm. We played credit card roulette to pay for another night. She ate a little at 2:00pm but didn’t each much at 8:00 pm. She did lick baby food at 10:00. Temperature has been stable, vitals are stable. Urinating and drinking. Going potty outside. Tail is wagging but she’s still feeling crummy. Please send that she gets well enough to go into foster tomorrow evening because we are completely tapped out and I don’t like asking. At all! Thank you to all of you who are continuing on this journey with Pretty Girl, assisting in saving this life through love, prayers, juju, shares and emergency funds donations. We appreciate you all! 🙏🏼❤️🐾

UPDATE #8. July 9. 12:00 pm. Pretty Girl’s potassium dropped last night and she had a low grade fever. They gave her medication’s and are trying to bring her levels back to normal. She ate very little, but she did finally have a bowel movement of loose stool with no blood in it! She is still retaining gastric fluid in her stomach and her bowel that they are aspirating with the NG tube and replacing with liquid diet. She is still very weak and is not in any condition really to come home and it is the best thing to keep her hospitalized at least one more night. Keep the coming please! Thank you to all who have contributed to her journey in all forms! Prayers, good juju, Love, sharing our post and contributions towards her emergency medical fund! You are all our heroes! 🙏🏼❤️🐾

Hey Team Mugsly!!!!

Mugsly has upsetting news to share. However, he says, “Don’t let it get ya down! It can be fixed and we will end up triumphant! It’ll just take more time!”

The shoes did not fit. 😭

It was the smallest size they had and it was still too big. We will be returning them and reaching out to another company to get someone who can help us find a distributor who makes tiny toe-shoes for tiny feet!
