We are so sad to see something like this happen to a well loved local business. We are thankful that everyone is safe! Placing an order online and schedule a time for pickup would be a great way to support them during this time.

We're thinking of you all 🫶

Friends, we can’t respond to all of the kind words of concern that we’ve received today, but thank you. Here’s what we can tell you:

* First, everyone is fine—we had one worker who bravely tried to fight the fire and was hospitalized for smoke inhalation, but is safely home, resting. ❤️

* Our local fire department was prompt and efficient in their response, containing the fire so that we did not lose everything, for which we are grateful.

* We will need to rebuild our workshop.

* Our store is undamaged, but smoky—we are assessing what it needs.

* We cannot re-open until we have power, but we CAN still take online orders and arrange pickup times at the store!

* We are heading in to assess what our next steps need to be and will keep you updated.

* To all who have reached out and offered help, thank you—we may take you up on it when we’re ready to raise new walls 😊

While there have been many tears, lots of worry, flurries of texts, and heartbreaking pictures, we are again reminded that we live in a community of support and love. Thank you!

⚠️PLEASE NOTE⚠️ Thursday, March 6th we will be having some light demolition at the Plymouth Pet. If you have a nervous or anxious dog this will not be the greatest day to socialize them at the pet store, as it will be loud with power tools and lots of large moving pieces.

🐾 After deep consideration we decided to stay open for this demo, because pet food is a necessity and we don't want to be an inconvenience. We thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to show you what's to come!
