I was out checking on my gravid females and a couple of them have dropped their bellies. So now I'm expecting them to start laying any day now. The others haven't dropped yet but they should be close too

Unfortunately they do not look fertile. Well 🤞 for next year for these 2.

Well first batch of eggs just got put in the incubator. Here's hoping Batman's and Firebird's clutch is fertile.
Any guesses on how many she laid?

34 eggs laid and she was the calmest female before, during, and after egg laying.
I usually have to tub the females while removing eggs. I took her out and put her in front of her food and she never hissed, huffed, tail whipped or tried to bite. I even went back later to see how she was and got some loving in.

Looking through pictures of Firebird and noticed she got swole fast lol. May 6th first picture she still had a lateral fold on her belly May 11th second picture she looked ready to pop.

Whoo hoo! Got home from Hattiesburg Ms today and Firebird is full on in nest mode. Here's hoping Batman did me proud and her eggs are fertile. I have been waiting on this pair for almost 2 years lol. While he was still a baby I decided that these 2 needed to make me a clutch. 🤞 Crossed that this clutch is good.

Lol every year on mother's day we have a crawfish boil and the tegus go crazy. Mating and just being super active. I missed getting pictures because I had nasty hands. That being said I'm super excited that Triton and Starfyre locked. Last year she was the one trying to be on top. Batman and Firebird had so action. Ironman and Phoenix, Bane with Jubilee and Crystal. Now if I could see the Ruby reds mating I would be really happy

Phoenix has some mating marks in her shed. Yay Ironman! He usually gets frisky when his brumation shed starts coming off. Looking forward to any babies they produce. Last year was a bust due to my mistake.

February 24-25 we will be vending with HERPS Exotic Reptile and Pet Shows in Corpus Christi, Tx for the first time. Hope to see lots of people there. We have the last of the 2023 babies and an adult pink panther female proven breeder available. Also bringing a fire ice male to show off. We will have harnesses, protective arm sleeves, hammocks, and hopefully some bonding bags. Plushies, croc charms, and other kid friendly items. R&R Sweet Treats will be bringing sourdough breads, sweet breads, cake pops, and possibly pretzel bites and cinnamon rolls. Looking forward to meeting everyone there.

The babies have hatched. lol They are all trying to hide, some not so well. We have 26 magenta v2, 3 red het anery and 1 red baby. We seemed to have had a incubation issue with the red het anery clutch. I think it was the tub I used. 🤷‍♀️
