‼️Notice to Our Valued Clients‼️

In response to the recent minimum wage increase and our current staff shortage, we are adjusting our business hours to AVOID raising prices. These changes will allow us to continue providing the high-quality care your pets deserve.

EFFECTIVE: DECEMBER 1, 2024

Updated Staffed Hours:
• Monday-Friday: 7-9 AM, 12-1 PM, 4-6 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: By appointment only

We’ve also created a FAQ section below to address how this will impact our services.

FAQ

How will this affect daycare?
• Drop-offs and Pickups: Daycare dogs must be dropped off and picked up during the staffed hours listed above.
• Play and Exercise: Daycare dogs will enjoy playtime and exercise during these staffed hours.

How will this affect grooming?
• Drop-offs and Pickups: Grooming appointments will be scheduled within staffed hours. Once your pet’s grooming is complete, we will notify you via text or call to arrange the next available pickup time.

Weekend Pickups and Drop-offs:
• Current Times: Saturday and Sunday pickups/drop-offs are at 7:30 AM, 1 PM, and 7 PM.
• Important Note: If you arrive outside of these times, staff may not be available until the next scheduled time.
• Updates: Weekend times are subject to change; we’ll notify you of any adjustments as they occur.
