Meet Precious and Princess!
These sweet seniors are a bonded mother/daughter duo. They are reserved and quiet, but do not turn down affection when it is offered. At 16 and 17 years old, they need a hospice home to love them and make them comfortable. Both girls must go together and are available for adoption or forever foster.

And just like that . . . nearly 24 hours later Harry and Meghan are adopted! A few hours after arriving in store yesterday, a family came in and fell in love with these two kittens. They applied online and adopted them today. Their new names are Sunny and Luna. Sunny and Luna are actually siblings of Layla. Layla was the little black kitten found at the Brookhaven landfill. The man who rescued Layla eventually found the mama cat and her two siblings. Fun fact: Sunny and Luna will have a *dog* sibling named Leila! How awesome is that?! We wish them all a happy life! 🥰

🍂 Happy First weekend of Fall! 🍂 This rainy weekend, we have some new kittens who arrived in store. Bruce (pictured here) and Dylan are two amazing black cats. They are friendly, playful and love attention. Bruce is about 5 months old and Dylan is 6 months old. We also have two sibling cats, Harry and Meghan. Please come visit them and our other cats at the Port Jefferson Station PetSmart. 🐈‍⬛🐈

We need motivated and reliable cat lovers on weekday mornings, weekend evenings and to float in if scheduled volunteer needs to be out. This world is filled with a lot of bad but every so often you find an angel. I have been following Ginny Tillman for about 5 years since she volunteered to take an FLV cat from us. We were able to miraculously place this cat in a home before. Ginny does this independently with the help of the vet she works with. I often tell her she is an angel. 1 person making all the difference

We love an adult cat adoption story. Gibson was a cat we rescued who was roaming around the boat ramp at Lake Ronkonkoma. He’s a quiet shy cat who never came into the adoption center. However we brought him there for a meet and greet yesterday and he bonded instantly with his new owner. Congratulations Gibson and family!
