Yesterday, Ed and I attended a "Laughter Yoga" class. It was a small class as there were only four persons attending The instructor, Alice, was very friendly and out-going. She instructed us to do simple movement exercises and laugh with each exercise. Our laughter was contagious as we continued through the exercises. It was fun and felt so good to laugh with others!

The POWER OF A SMILE IS UNLIMITED!
What makes a person smile? May be a funny story, a favorite song, or a silly joke or upon meeting a family member, a grandchild, or a friend who you love, or any happy life situation or happening.
It takes13 muscles to smile and 50 muscles to frown.....so, to avoid facial wrinkles, Always SMILE.
LAUGHTER produces a SMILE or vise versa! Laughing for 15 seconds is said to add two days to the life span.
A SMILE on your face is your billboard to your philosophy of life, so keep Smiling!
