Poe and Rio are still looking for their forever home. These 2 sweet boys are 5 months old. They have been up for adoption for 3 months and have yet to have a single inquiry 💔
They were found right before the hurricanes came through our area, and wouldn't be here today had they not been brought in as they were in an area that severely flooded.
They are neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, dewormed and no fleas.
They are very, very sweet and loving boys who just want to snuggle up with you. Great with kids, too!
Black cats often get overlooked, please consider giving them a loving home- they would be a wonderful addition to any family 🐈‍⬛

This is a tape worm. It was inside of a ten week old kitten that came in with very little fleas. The tapeworm was 18 inches long
A good rescue will make sure the kittens you are adopting have been properly dewormed. Free kittens off Facebook have not been properly treated for worms and parasites. This little girl would have died if left outside.

Please deworm your kittens properly. It only takes one flea for this to happen.

Regular flea treatment and capstar can prevent tapeworms.

Do you have a mama cat with kittens? We have 8-12 spots open to let you foster the kittens until they are ready for adoption and we will make sure your mama cat (and all female cats in your house) fixed. Kittens will be dewormed, vaccinated and flea protection.

Let’s make sure it’s your mama cats last litter and that all the babies will be fixed before getting adopted!!!!

Our sweet Calypso that we named our rescue after had emergency surgery yesterday. She had a tumor growth in her ear. She is happily recovering in my bed being spoiled. She was my first rescue cat 9 years ago. Drove up a mountain in NC to get my beautiful Calico kitty!!🙏🏻🙏🏻
