Looking for a way to keep dogs busy when you don’t have a lot of time to entertain them? (Like during the holidays?) The Kong wobbler is fantastic, and is easy to fill with little treats or kibble and to clean.

So the founder of Underdog Railroad Rescue is also my amazing yoga instructor. This is a rescue that was in such rough shape that she chose to keep him herself. He comes to class and there’s hardly any sign of the fearful, unpredictable, sickly dog that he was. Now he’s just Stevie who can’t resist sometimes joining the fun when we clearly look like we’re available to play with. #adoptdontshop #underdograilroadrescue #yogashalapdx @urrescue @yogashalapdx

Otis Learns Manners

People say you can't train cats, and I'm here to tell you it's perfectly possible. I've had trouble with Otis being underfoot in the kitchen when he wants what I'm making. He understands quiet kitties get treats, but he's often so close behind me and so quiet that I'm going to trip on him and kill myself. So, Otis has learned to get in his spot and stay there if he wants goodies. (he of course got his treat after I stopped the camera!
