A big shout-out to Dominas Agway for their annual and very popular "Pet Portraits with Santa". As in years past, they have donated a generous portion of the proceeds to the dog park. We are so grateful to have the support of local businesses. This community is the best!

If anyone is available tomorrow, Friday, Nov 1st at 4pm, please come to the park and help water our new trees. Many hands make light work and we could get it all done in an hour!! The current dry spell is tough on newly planted trees and we want to make sure that they have the best start they can.🌳🌳🌳

Join us tomorrow Saturday October 19th for our Annual Fall Clean up from 8am to noon. Volunteers will help get the park shipshape and ready for Winter. If you bring tools, please mark them with your name. See you then!

Calling all volunteers!!
In order to plant some new donated trees, we will be clearing an overgrown area on the wooded path. Please join us this Sunday, September 22 between 10 and 2. Make sure to wear protective clothing and feel free to bring any tools to cut high grass and brush (we will also have some). See you there! As always, thank you for your support.

Hello Dog Park Friends! Our location at tomorrow's Charity Polo match has been moved to the west lawn (orange section). Keep an eye out for our sign. The weather should be good and there are still tickets available. Hope to see you there.

A little bit of rain couldn't dampen our Grand Opening Celebration!! Thank you to all those who came to today's ribbon cutting. The new off-leash trail is a huge hit with both people and dogs!!!!

Exciting news! Construction on the dog park expansion/walking trail has officially begun!!!

On Friday, April 19, Beausoleil Bros. started work on our new expansion. All the work will happen OUTSIDE the current fencing. However, when needed, temporary fencing will be added so dogs can remain safely inside the park during construction.

Our most recent Bark for the Park Trivia Evening at Ragged Island raised enough money for 4 new benches to be installed along the new trail!! As always thank you for your support.

There are still more items that we would like to add (agility equipment and solar lights) so please support our upcoming fund raisers and donate if you can.

This years' Charity Polo Event will be held on July 14. Tickets will be on sale soon!!! The donation box is still in the parking lot and you can always donate by clicking on the DONATE button at the top of our website page.

If you've been to the park recently, you know that everything looks fresh and ready for Spring 🌱🌷🌼.Thank you to all of our fantastic volunteers including another hard working group of Marines studying law at the naval base in Newport.

Calling All Volunteers!

Please join us for Spring Clean-up at the park this coming Saturday, March 16th. From 8AM to noon.

If you can join us, please consider bringing along work gloves and maybe a rake or shovel with your name displayed.

Additionally,

The dog park committee will be selling t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats during the clean up and then later at Clements' Marketplace - Portsmouth, RI from noon to 4PM.

It's going to be a great Saturday. Hope to see you and your pups.
