Sooo feeling irritated here. This lady posted online needed dire help to cut her dogs nails… I ALWAYS tell people I do housecalls around MY schedule. It’s never a set schedule and I always check in and see if they still want me to come after I’m done with grooming and yes I have times where I had to reschedule because of grooming so late. I only do housecalls on the side once or twice a week. I’ve never had any issues and this lady I moved from yesterday to today because yesterday was getting late… so today I tell her ahead of time I have pickup delivery cats in Philly and I can come after I drop them off never giving exact time. She says ok. It was later then I hoped but still trying to help this lady so I text her telling her I’m leaving Philly does she want me to still come? No answer so I decide to just started heading there… I type ?? And notice when I’m pulling into parking lot she read message and ignored. So I text again and say you read message but you’re ignoring me if you didn’t want me to help you , you could have said Nevermind. Then she says she gave up hope. Like wtf? Then proceeds to argue with me telling me she now has Digger dogs coming tomorrow lol I don’t think they do housecalls but hey if they do awesome good for them. I was just trying to help and like I tell everyone I do this to help people out and I really don’t charge as high as anyone else. Anyone needing housecall nails has always known I work around my schedule and she actually said that’s not how SHE works lol…. I just wanna put this out there most of my awesome clients know how my crazy schedule is and everyone is pretty awesome. I always give a heads up and estimate kinda like the cable guy lol I’m just … flabbergasted LOL 😂 wanted to use that word…. So wasted a trip with my granddaughter asleep in backseat and boyfriend in car but ok… win some and lose some right. Good luck to her. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m going to be doing some housecalls on New Years eve earlier in day if anyone wants me to swing by… get those nails short before the guests arrive! 🤣❤️
