We woke to a frosty, quiet morning here in the PNW. The last 2 puppies went home to their new humans last night. We are grateful to all of you! ❤️

AND THEN THERE WERE TWO! These two babies are looking for families! Green boy (Draco) and Pink girl (Hermione). Pink is a black and white fun, outgoing, and spunky gal…. always the first to greet you! Green is a tri-colored active, curious, middle-of-the-road kinda guy. Both pups are very sweet and would love to meet you! They are 8 weeks old and ready to start bonding with their new families. Reach out for more info!

I got caught up in the excitement yesterday and forgot to take pictures of all the pups with their new families! The pups’ first car ride! Yesterday they went on a big adventure to see the vet. I’m pleased to announce everyone got a clean bill of health! Some of these babies are going to their new homes this weekend!

The pups are ready to move into their “big” living room home! Green boy (his coat is growing in with a brown undercoat! 😍) loves his siblings but has figured out Mama’s cozy bed has a little more leg room. We are finding him happily napping outside of his supposed living arrangement. 😂

We began introducing soft food mixed with warm goat milk this week twice a day. They still get most of their nutrients from mom but are ready to be a bit more self-sufficient. They grow so fast now! They’ll be on solid puppy kibble by the time they are ready to go home in 4 weeks! Stay tuned…. Individual pics coming soon! Reach out for availability!

Our puppy mommas Bailey and Ellie had a spa day yesterday! They were both groomed, and they are sporting new haircuts. We like to keep both of the girls looking and feeling their best. They love being pampered! Bailey, the mom of our current litter, is the darker one in the pictures 🖤.

Good morning!! We are trying to decide whether there is interest from you all…. Bailey is really wanting one more litter of pups before retirement!

We typically don’t breed unless we have families interested… we know how many dogs there are in the world looking for homes and would never want to add to that number when we can decide not to. We believe we have the right parents (Bailey (mom) and Zeus (dad, Bernese Mtn Dog) AND the right space (3 acre farm) AND the right amount of family time…. The last piece would be the right forever homes for these (potential) babies!

Reach out if you’ve been thinking about the possibility of adding one of our bernadoodles to your family. This will be Bailey’s last litter before retirement! We will be deciding whether to have a litter in the next couple days.

Pups would (potentially) be ready to go home mid-end of October… if my dates are right. 🫶🏼

The girls love being in the garden with me! I’ve wondered why the peas haven’t been as plentiful as I would’ve thought….. until I heard a crunch and realized Ellie was helping herself. 😂 Caught red-handed!!

Update on Purple Sage Puppies…. THEY’RE RIDICULOUSLY ADORABLE!! I think I need one under the Christmas tree!! I believe they still have some availability and will be headed to the the greater Seattle area. Feel free to contact them directly or I’m happy to introduce you!

We are excited to share the announcement of Purple Sage Puppies newest family members!! These awesome Bernese Mountain Dogs were bred by my brother and sister-in-law in their home in southern Idaho. They will be ready for their new families at Christmas! We are happy to connect you and arrange transportation to the Seattle area.

And then there were 5…. All of our sweet babies have families and are starting to go home today! My amazing husband is meeting 2 families in Oregon today before they head to their homes in Idaho and California. Two sweet girls left a bit ago with their new families in the greater Seattle area. Two boys staying local head out in the morning and the last 3 on Sunday. ❤️ These are our puppy bags. We try to help make the transition as easy as possible for the pups and their new humans! We include some of the food they’re used to eating, a travel water bowl, info on vet/vaccinations, and a blanket that smells like mom and litter mates… and a couple other cutesy things. A transition is always a transition, but we hope it helps!

And then there were 2! Black Boy and Blue Girl are still looking for their perfect families! Congratulations to all the families that came out yesterday to meet the pups and chose the perfect pup for them. ❤️ The pups will be ready to go home this weekend! Two of our amazing new families have offered to help with transportation to Southern Idaho or Southern California.

FINALLY!! May I officially, individually introduce the pups?!! They are all rolly, polly little chunkers who enjoy 3 solid meals per day consisting of soft puppy food, hard kibble, and raw goat milk. We have a few still available. Let me know if you’re interested… Pick Day will be this weekend, and they’ll be ready to take home the following weekend. They are awesome pups!! We love summer babies!

The pups have been eating “solid” food for about a week now (aka soft puppy food mixed with warm goat milk fresh from the source!). Learning how to eat combined with outside time makes for some dirty little darlings. Everyone got a warm bath in the kitchen sink followed by a complete blow out. Life is good!!

If you’ve been thinking about adding one of our pups to your family, we do have a few reservations available from this litter. This will be our only litter this year!

Spa Day, yesterday, as my kids call it! The puppies got their collars (subject to change a smidge when they get their “big puppy” collars in a couple weeks). They got weighed-all chonky babies weighing 4-5 lbs! Everybody got a dose of vanilla custard flavored wormer and their toenails trimmed. We’ll take these beautiful afternoons outside! The goats aren’t quite sure what THEY think of the pups. 🤣 Oh, and a pic of dad, Zeus, at the beach the other day posing like the handsome pup he is!

After a long day at work followed by a baseball practice, a lacrosse practice, and another kiddo’s baseball game, the only thing better than snuggling up with a puppy…. is snuggling up with two. ❤️ These sweet babies are 1 week old today. We expect to see them start opening their eyes very soon. They currently spend their days nursing and napping. Life is good!

It’s official! Our sweet Bailey Girl had 9 perfect pups! They are just 48 hours old and have already stolen our hearts. There are 5 girls and 4 boys, all thriving! Bailey is the best mom is being spoiled just as all new mamas should be… lots of praise and hot meals delivered around the clock!
