Hi all! Sorry we haven't been active lately, life is busy and slow at the same time with running a business and having a disability. Things are in the works, we just them done a little slower.

Did you see we were in the paper?! How cool is that? Pick up a copy of the Tribune and read a little about the project.

Mosey-mose says to you all that there are things happening behind the scenes here at the project. Hopefully we will have a local pet shop that will be working with us to begin adopting some of our little rascals out to people soon. 🤞 We're hoping to have some literature written and printed up here soon as well. And of course we will support any business we work with, with always more patronage and promotion.

We will be taking in our first rescues tomorrow! Can't wait to meet these babies and give them the attention they deserve. Stay tuned, adoptions will be starting soon.

Feeding our Budgies is a family affair. Our girls love being with them and it tends to have a calming effect on our children. Go figure... 🌄🦜

Mama Goose is sitting on a new clutch. I think that maybe one has hatched but I have yet to confirm. She has been laying around 5 to 7 eggs per.

Something that anyone who drinks could help us with is, these little whiskey boxes are great for nest boxes for little Budgies. I'd like to make some to give out with donations as well. I'd also eventually like to come up with a logo and get some stickers made so that those who'd like to support but can't have a bird, can still help out with our cause.

Here's a couple of babies in their first molt. The pastel colored one is Mr B. we're going to keep him and see what cool pastel varieties we can get out of this little stinker.

The Eagle's Nest Budgerigar Project is a donation based breeder of the Australian Budgerigar. The mission of this project is not only to provide people with the joys of adopting these wonderful little birds but also to build scholarships for local students who would like to pursue a Psychology major through Northwest College of Powell Wyoming. All of our birds will be adopted out to good homes at our discretion. The adoption fees for each bird will be a monetary donation of what you value the service we provide inside the community. All donations, after operational expenses, will be used to build the "Greg Eagleton Scholarship for mental healthcare" which will be used to assist awarded students, financially in the pursuit of a degree within the mental health field through Northwest College in Powell Wyoming.
