Hey guys! I just wanted to hop on here and thank you all for being so patient with me the last few months with school and the wedding. I also wanted to give y’all an updated schedule for days I will be at the shop this month.

These dates will be the only days I am at the shop for the remainder of 2022, so be sure to grab an appointment while they’re available!
With that being said, there will be a few changes beginning January 1, 2023.
• PRICES: With the cost of all equipment and supplies steadily going up, GROOMING prices will be going up $10-15 depending on the breed of the dog and what cut you are wanting done. DESHEDDING will now be $20-50 depending on the size of the dog. BATH and NAIL TRIM prices will remain the same as they are now. DEMATTING fees will be charged based on the extremities of the matting- this could be anywhere from $10-50+.
• LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY: If you have had two (2) no shows and/or late canceled (less than 24 hours notice) appointments in a 12-month period, you will be charged a deposit at time of booking for future appointments which will be applied to the to the total cost of grooming. This can be anywhere between $30 and $80, depending on your dog’s actual grooming charge and will be held or refunded if the appointment is canceled with more than 24 hours notice. No-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and would have to be paid again upon re-booking.
• PICKUP POLICY: When you drop off your pet, I typically give an estimated time which they should be done, and then follow it up with a message 10-30 minutes before your pet is ready for pickup depending on how far away you are. This is because my shop isn’t big enough to hold 6-7 dogs at a time plus taking them on bathroom breaks when they are left for long periods of time takes time and attention away from other appointments. With this being said, please let me know in advance if you have a reason you cannot pick your dog up as soon as it is ready. From here on, any pet not picked up within 1 hour of the pickup message will have AN ADDITIONAL $10 HOLDING CHARGE per extra hour he/she is left at the shop after the message is sent.
I understand that these are a lot of changes, however I think it will make the business run smoother. With that being said, please please please be honest about the condition of your pet, their behavior, and everything that you are wanting done when you book. I am NOT going to judge! Knowing what I have coming and the condition they are in makes it easier for me to create my schedule to keep everything on time so that no pet is at the shop for prolonged periods of time and so that each pet gets the correct attention during their appointment.
