Thats a wrap! Puppies from May 9th's litter have found wonderful homes! I am left with feeling a very large void. More so than ever before as I have had this litter significantly longer. Although, I love each litter and every litter is amazing, this litter was especially easy and for that I am thankful for! Its times like these that can be challenging for a breeder, I felt that and puppy felt that immensely. No matter the age when they go to a new home, it can be challenging in many different ways. I was reading an article on AKC today. It read, "A breeders sense of responsibility has a ripple effect. We keep tabs on our extended generations, taking back dogs years after the fact because their circumstances have changed, fielding ’round-the-clock questions, and mentoring those who come after us. And so through our actions and our intentions, we take responsibility for our own family of dogs, and also for the breed as a whole." 100%! I am always here, please dont be afraid to reach out! On a side note, if you or anyone you know plans on breeding, I strongly encourage those to have a plan set up for times when a puppy needs to come back either the next day or years ahead. And when some puppies dont go home until even after 6 months of age. If it is not an option, I discourage anyone from breeding. It is a lot of work and its a big responsibility. I thoroughly enjoy what I do. With each litter I like to think I get better each time, or atleast just know what to try and not to try. Each litter is different too. And not everything that worked with a previous litter works with the next and so on. I do take notes though and I am always open to suggestions. With that being said, nobody and no puppy is perfect. SO, Thank you for your patience and love! I am looking forward to next springs litter! I will be trying out a new puppy stroller with hopes to cover more ground/see and try new things without overly tiring out the puppies in public places! Stay tuned for that! ;)

Puppies all had a bath yesterday 😍 They all sat perfect on the grooming table and did pretty good with the pet dryer. They're eating solid food and love to play with their littermates. Potty training is still a work in progress but they all get the idea of going on a puppy pad. Just started individual crate training last night. Some whining but overall did pretty well with the snuggle puppy. ☺️

Puppies are all averaging around 30 ounces today. Already double than when they were born 6 days ago! Which is 🥰 perfect! Today we also trimmed their nails! Most of them found it very relaxing 😆

Puppies! Born 5/8/23 starting around 10:50 pm and finished 5/9/23 3:30 AM. Everyone is perfect and healthy. We were expecting 8 puppies and then all of a sudden a 9th popped out! 5 males, 4 females 😀
