ARIZONA GIVES DAY IS THIS TUESDAY!!! We are fundraising for sweet Olive this year. She came to us from the streets of Mexico where she was used for breeding, then dumped, run over by a car, and left to die.
She needed to get to the states to get the medical she needed so she would not lose that leg. We rescued Olive and did the surgery to repair her broken leg. Unfortunately, she then got a horrible infection where her skin just turned black and died.
Olive then underwent a second surgery. Olive is young, about 4 years old, so this surgery is to save that leg for the rest of her life. She has been hospitalized for over a month now and is close to coming home.
As you can imagine, her vet bills are nearly $10k. Every dollar that you give this week will go directly to Olive and her new leg.
