**Important Policy Update: Missed Appointment Fee**

Dear Valued Clients,

To ensure I can provide the best possible service to all of my furry clients and their families, I kindly ask for your understanding regarding a new policy.

Effective immediately, a missed appointment fee will be applied if:

You do not show up for your scheduled appointment. (Without a legit excuse)

You cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hour notice. (Without a legit excuse)

The missed appointment fee will be the full cost of missed appointment. If you want your dog back on my schedule you will pay the fee plus the new appointment cost. This policy allows me to plan my day efficiently and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

I truly appreciate your cooperation and respect for my time and efforts. If you have any questions or need to make adjustments to your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
