Behind the scenes of so many of those posts, comments, and messages has been Kerri, our amazing Social Media Coordinator. Many of you have interacted with her without even realizing itโthrough a friendly reply, a thoughtful comment, or a caring message. She has dedicated early mornings, late nights, and even worked on vacationsโall to make sure each of our followers felt connected and heard. โค๏ธ
What many may not know is that before stepping into her social media role, Kerri served as a devoted veterinary technician at our Carnegie Cat Clinic. The beautiful photos displayed in our CCC lobby are a testament to her time in the hospital, capturing her deep compassion and connection with our patients. Kerri had an incredible gift for making every cat feel as comfortable as possible while also building lasting relationships with their families, ensuring both pets and clients received exceptional care.
Today, we share some bittersweet news: Kerri is retiring! ๐ After 21 years of dedication to our hospital, she is moving into the next chapter of her life to spend more time with her family! While we will miss her greatly, we are beyond grateful for all the love, creativity, and heart sheโs poured into our team and community over these years!
Have no fearโtrue to classic Kerri fashion, she has worked tirelessly to make sure this transition is as smooth as possible. Weโre thrilled to introduce our new Social Media Coordinator, Natalie! Many of you may already recognize Natalie from our employee highlights or from seeing her around the hospital. She is one of our talented critical care technicians, bringing both experience and compassion to her new role. In fact, some of the recent posts youโve enjoyed have already been created by Natalie!
Please join us in giving Natalie a warm welcome as she steps into this new role, carrying forward the incredible stories, patients, and moments that make our community of clients, cats, and dogs so special.
And with endless appreciation, we extend a deep and heartfelt thank you to Kerri for her 21 years of dedication, compassion, and love. We have been truly fortunate to have such an extraordinary person as part of our team for so long, and her impact will continue to be felt for years to come.
